Many jobs today leave us feeling anxious, overworked and empty.

And these jobs today jab at our insides until we just can’t take it anymore.

But what do we do?

We can’t just walk out.

We need the money. Right?

So, we tell ourselves, it could be worse. Telling ourselves little white lies until we convince ourselves it’s fine.

Then we stay.

Where we’re stuck in the rut of a job that riddles our life with health problems. Even if that job pays well.

We put up with workplace politics, backstabbing colleagues, long hours, and impossible deadlines. And we do it all while pretending everything is fine.

But it’s not.

Workplace Stress Is Out Of Control

A study by the American Psychological Association tells us that workplace stress is at an all-time high.

And it’s not limited to those on the lower rungs of the corporate ladder. Managers and executives are feeling the pressure too.

10 out of every 10 jobs in the modern American workplace affect a person’s mental health. Through stress and anxiety.

But this problem isn’t limited to America.

You’ll find overstressed and anxious workers everywhere. The United Kingdom, Australia, Canada. You name it. There’s a stressed-out employee working an unfulfilling job in every country.

The truth is:

Workplace stress is a silent pandemic.

And this pandemic infects every worker with its stealthy violence.

Bullshit Jobs Cause Mental Health Issues

For most workers, days are filled with pointless meetings, pleasing the boss, and trying to get the job done before a deadline.

When you get up for work each morning, there’s no excitement.
