Many jobs today leave us feeling anxious, overworked and empty.

And these jobs today jab at our insides until we just can’t take it anymore.

But what do we do?

We can’t just walk out.

We need the money. Right?

So, we tell ourselves, it could be worse. Telling ourselves little white lies until we convince ourselves it’s fine.

Then we stay.

Where we’re stuck in the rut of a job that riddles our life with health problems. Even if that job pays well.

We put up with workplace politics, backstabbing colleagues, long hours, and impossible deadlines. And we do it all while pretending everything is fine.

But it’s not.

Workplace Stress Is Out Of Control
