My name is Alex Bentley.
When I sit down at my laptop, I find myself frequently writing about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, NFTs, and the Metaverse.
Topics I love discussing with my friends.
I have published 5 books. Mainly short stories and poetry.
I guess you could call me a hopeless romantic who loves to write love poems in my spare time.
My love poems are—what I think—won over my wife's heart.
After being in a long-distance relationship for 1.5 years we finally met in Costa Rica in 2021 and tied the knot. We now live in the Philippines and welcomed our first child into the world on 5/7/22—a healthy baby boy.
Our son is a big boy. He came out weighing 8.14 lbs and 18.5 inches long at birth, and he only keeps getting bigger.
If you ask me, I'd say he's my clone. What do you think?
Another fun fact is that I love to travel and indulge in coffee culture. On a scale between one and ten, I’m a coffee addict at a 12!
My hobbies include traveling, drinking strong coffee, and sometimes, I’ll just spend days exploring the Philippines with my wife.
I have been writing for several years now and although it is a mystery to me where my inspiration comes from, I love every moment of it!
When I started out, I never thought anyone was going to read what I wrote. Now people message me all the time telling how they got lost in my words. Especially my poems.
I'm just a down-to-earth guy who loves to write, and that's what I do!
